At 4.30 Harry sets up the Bacardi for the evening rush.

4.30 is Harry’s busy time. that’s when his customers come at him in waves, or rather out of them.
Harry’s customers spend lunchtime in the shade, working up to some strenuous sunbathing in mid-afternoon.
Then after a hectic couple of hours sleeping on the beach, it’s 4.30 and they’re more than ready for a cool Bacardi rum and “Coke,” with lots of ice. Harry likes to have it ready for them, so he’s not rushed off his feet.
